Has inner bumper brackets but no frame brackets…
There are a few imperfections in the lower plastic and some deep scrapes on both ends at the bottom..
The chrome has deep scratches and scrapes on the passenger side above the fog light area as shown in photos…
There are other scratches in the chrome as well on the passenger side …
